All About Customization

My name is Den Bisema from Burlington, MA and I am a founder of AnnaCalisa, LLC and a mom of two little girls. When Covid-19 affected us all in March 2020, I saw the need for customization because I couldn't find a toddler's size mask that would fit my daughters.
Thankfully, I had the sewing and designing skills. I had been sewing since I was 8 years old and had completed many classes, certification, projects, and sewing for those in need. Utilizing my skills, I created and designed a 3-D style, sturdy structure mask. I designed six sizes to help my family, friends, neighbors, front-liners, and community. It was always my passion to design and create, but most importantly, it made me happy that my kids loved my masks and were able to keep them on. It quickly became very popular so I listed them on Etsy (see reviews). I'm so grateful that I rediscovered the love to create and design again.
Beside my role as a mom and designer, I am also an experienced sales manager (20+ years) with a successful background in management, event coordinating, marketing, inventory control (domestically and internationally) and high-level sales strategies. Given my extensive retail, event planning, and executive administrative assistant background, I am very flexible and can adjust to dynamic schedules and a fast-paced environment.
I’ll always remember 2020 and how my donation project turned into a hobby, then to a boutique. I am in the process of designing and creating new styles for children and women and can't wait to launch soon! However, I will continue to support women-owned designers, local artist, and small businesses.
AnnaCalisa is a boutique that offers customization for masks, jewelry, clothing, and personalized gifts. The business was named after my daughters and the logo is a picture of their feet reminding me to never give up and keep on showing up!
